Rosendo Serna
Realtor at Concierge Realty
Rosendo Serna was born and raised in Stockton. He moved to Manteca in 1995 with his wife and two children. As a result, he is able to offer clients, not only his real estate expertise in making deals happen, he also offers extensive local knowledge of the Stockton/Manteca market.
Before he started working as a real estate agent, Rosendo was a client of Concierge Realtors. He found that “the company’s core values and level of service meshed well with my own personal philosophy. I had always had an interest in real estate in general, but when I saw how much a professional Realtor can help a family in need I decided this was the path for me.”
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Rosendo was a correctional officer/deputy for 26 years with Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. “That experience has served me well over the years. It taught me how important integrity is when establishing long-term relationships, whether in real estate or in any other area of life – make a promise, keep a promise. You often hear people preach that they are honest and trustworthy, but it is my belief that the only way for me to earn someone’s trust is to prove it through my actions. Again, for me it’s simple: Make a Promise, Keep a Promise.
“In my career as a law enforcement officer, we were responsible for over 2000 people at any given moment. That required that we implement processes that maximized efficiency and effectiveness. A successful real estate transaction requires the same attention to processes. We have a saying at Concierge Realtors: ‘We control the process, while our clients control the decision-making.’ We understand that our clients have the harder job, but also know that the closer we stick to our processes the more likely our clients will be successful.”
“However, while we are very cognizant of process, we never want any client to feel like they are getting a “cookie-cutter” style service. If a “cookie-cutter” approach is taken, then the clients will not likely be as successful. Clients come to us with a variety of challenges and circumstances that will affect their ability to acquire the properties they desire. Because each person has such a unique set of personal and business needs, I first try to understand and empathize with each client’s unique situation. From there, a Plan of Action that the client agrees upon is formulated and serves as a guide as actual action is taken.”
Rosendo seeks to integrate the best interests of his clients in every transaction. Indeed, he perceives of himself, and the various individuals with whom he works, whether as a client, vendor or other resource, as part of an extended family of professionals and clientele. With this perspective in mind, he continues to develop an environment which nurtures these relationships and encourages their growth for the mutual benefit of all parties concerned. Rosendo feels that only by truly listening to what his clients want can he serve them (and create services that fit their needs).
